USS Wompatuck (1898-1992)
Photographed on 21 April 1899. Wompatuck arrived in Manila Bay in April 1901 and was stricken there as a tug in February 1938. Although large and seaworthy enough to travel half way around the world, she was designated YT-27 instead of AT in 1920, probably because she was attached to a naval base (Cavite) and not to a fleet.
